Self‑Healing Quartz Elastomer Membrane · Paint · Metal · PPF/Vinyl · Plastic · Wheels
Low‑quality, substandard retail ceramic coatings can lead to a variety of issues that adversely affect the performance and durability of various surfaces. Often marketed as cost‑effective alternatives to higher‑quality options, these coatings frequently lack the essential properties and formulations needed for long‑lasting protection.
One significant drawback of these inferior ceramic coatings is their limited durability. They tend to wear off quickly, necessitating frequent reapplication, which not only increases maintenance costs but also heightens the risk of improper application, further compromising their effectiveness.
A primary concern with low‑quality ceramic coatings is their inadequate adhesion to surfaces. These products often lack the necessary chemical composition and bonding agents to establish a strong bond with the substrate. In contrast, APEX NANO coatings incorporate market‑leading, next‑generation adhesion promoters, enabling them to bond effectively to various substrates while delivering exceptional performance.
Additionally, substandard ceramic coatings often fall short in resistance properties. They may not provide adequate protection against scratches, stains, or abrasion, leading to premature wear and tear, diminished appearance, and reduced lifespan of the coated surfaces.

Alpha Quartz is designed for both enthusiasts and professionals. Due to the quality of its components, the application process is straightforward and can be performed outdoors, even in direct sunlight; however, caution is advised.
The product can remain on surfaces for up to 15 minutes and can be easily removed. After removing any residue, it is essential to allow a drying period of 4 hours before exposing the surface to water. While the drying time is 4 hours, the full curing time is 24 hours.
Please ensure that all residue is thoroughly removed, as any remaining residue can be challenging to address. In such cases, an abrasive polish may be necessary to eliminate any residue marks.
92% high solids, solvent‑free, zero VOCs — a versatile quartz elastomer membrane that outperforms any retail alternative.
