TYPHOON Heavy-Duty Industrial Matrix Coating is a powerful concentrate designed primarily for anti-corrosion and asset protection. It must be diluted prior to application, allowing for customizable strength depending on substrate requirements. Once mixed to the correct ratio, it delivers a formidable barrier against chemical exposure, physical wear, and solar degradation, ensuring that substrates maintain their pristine appearance over extended periods.

Layers: 1 layer if applied by spraying, rolling, or brushing; 1 to 3 layers if applied by hand.
Suitable for all types of coated or uncoated, painted and unpainted surfaces, metals, and other hard surfaces such as wood, stone, and more. Ideal for undercarriages of vehicles, industrial and commercial machinery such as tractors, farm equipment, large trucks, and heavy machines.

Note that the hydrophobic performance of TYPHOON is lower than that of our other coatings such as Apollo, Pyro, and Storm.
TYPHOON is a heavy-duty coating but should not be considered a superior alternative to coatings such as Pyro or Storm. For extra full-scale chemical resistance, consider TITAN COATINGS Storm, which can be applied by hand only using a wipe-on and wipe-off method.
- Never allow highly alkaline chemicals of pH 12 or above to sit or dwell on the surface for extended periods.
- Avoid washing or abrasion in the first 7 days.

Our formulations strictly exclude banned or restricted substances, including Dichloromethane (DCM), PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, APEOs, Isocyanates, and other hazardous compounds, in line with EU and US EPA directives.
Our solvents are carefully selected from alkanes and renewable sources to minimise environmental impact, with low-VOC alternatives used where applicable.
Mandatory PPE must be worn at all times during handling, dilution, and application. This includes nitrile or chemical-resistant gloves, impact-rated safety goggles, and an approved NIOSH N95 or P100 particulate respirator, especially in enclosed spaces where ventilation may fall below OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL).
Only apply in open-air settings or extremely well-ventilated spaces to ensure rapid dispersal of vapours. Adequate ventilation is critical to maintain air quality.
Avoid direct dermal exposure; do not consume. Store securely away from minors and pets. If the product contacts the skin or eyes, flush the affected area immediately with copious amounts of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Always perform a patch test on a hidden or non-visible section of the target surface using the diluted mixture to verify adhesion and compatibility before proceeding with full-scale treatment.
This product is explicitly formulated for exterior use only. Never apply within enclosed spaces or poorly ventilated interiors.
